we went for long course trng at leeds international pool today.i HATE that pool or should i say...the toilets as well.they smell like a stink bomb got let off n there,uurrgghhh!!! but i must say i did quite well.though the main set was 5500m in total.the best set in it i did was the 15x100 f/c on 1.25. reducing in 3's.i just did the whole thing fast cos it wasnt very hard.prolly cud have dunnit if he had put it on 1.20.maybe i WONT die when i go back.then again, i wont be used to jaan's warmups which prolly are still ded hard and have ON TIMES.sighh.
